Exciting careers in Singapore - Asia's Hub for Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Marine Services!

Did you know? Singapore is the world's 3rd largest and Asia's leading oil and oil products trading hub.

There are many other career opportunities available here, covering the sectors of oilfield equipment and services, marine and offshore engineering, petrochemicals, as well as process management and logistics.

Marine and Offshore:
Singapore's home-grown marine and offshore conglomerates Keppel Offshore & Marine and SembCorp Marine are the world leaders in the manufacture of jack-up rigs and FPSO construction. SembCorp Marine has commenced construction of a new, state-of-the-art integrated yard facility, while Keppel has underlined its intent to invest in R&D with its state-of-the-art Keppel O&M Technology Centre. Ezra Holdings, another major Marine Oil and Gas contractor, recently launched a S$10 million maritime training academy to facilitate the booming industry.

Oilfield Equipment and Service Providers:
Many oil and gas service and equipment companies, including Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes and Weatherford -the four largest oilfield-services providers in the world - as well as Honeywell, GE Oil & Gas, FMC Technologies and Aibel have made Singapore their home to deliver solutions for both onshore and offshore projects.

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Supply Chain:
To support the Oil and Gas industry's breakneck growth, professional services provider WorleyParsons has established its regional headquarters-cum-engineering centre in Singapore. Emerson Process Management has centralised its procurement and distribution activities for control centres here. Vopak's regional headquarters provides tank storage, regional distribution and other critical services from its four local petrochemical terminals.
